Library Student Page Book Reviews - For Teens by Teens

Hi, my name is Mackenzie and I’m 16 years old. I’m a Student Page at the L.E. Shore Memorial Library. Today I’m writing a book review on the first book in the Artemis Fowl series by Eoin Colfer.

Artemis Fowl is a great read for anyone who likes to read fantasy and suspense. Artemis Fowl is a 12-year-old millionaire criminal mastermind who takes on the fairies to get their gold. Throughout the book Artemis encounters many of the fairies who work with Captain Holly Short, the fairy that Artemis and his bodyguard Butler set out and eventually capture, with the intent of asking for gold from the fairies as ransom.

I would suggest that anyone who is looking for a very intriguing and amazing book. Once you start reading you won’t be able to put it down.
