Halloween Just Got Better

Halloween just got easier and safer with the Library!
We can’t wait to celebrate Halloween at L.E. Shore Library! We’ve got some exciting things planned just for you to help keep the spirit of Halloween alive. We have safe activities planned just for you and your family that will help you celebrate Halloween and stay safe through the pandemic.
Join us in the morning on our Facebook page to kick off the day with Spooktacular Halloween Howl. On October 31st at 10am, Jen and Mary will read spooky Halloween stories, make you howl with laughter, and cackle as you sing along to Halloween themed songs. You’ll want to put your costumes on for this spooky Story Time!
Start your Trick-or-Treating off safely, when you Drive Thru Trick-or-Treating at the L.E. Shore Library parking lot from 2:30 - 4:00pm. Dress up in your spooktacular Halloween costumes and drive thru for trick-or-treating fun! The Library will be decorated in spooktacular fashion as physically distanced staff hand out treats. If you really want to get into the spirit, decorate your car too! We’ll be providing a prize for the best Halloween Family Mobile! All treats will be quarantined for safety and Halloween night enjoyment.
Community members are encouraged to join our give away to ensure a safe trick-or-treating experience. Households who participate will be mentioned and the trick-or-treaters will get that much more candy! You can drop off your candy at the L.E. Shore Library before 6pm on Thurs, Oct 29th.
We can’t wait to celebrate Halloween with you, and to make sure every family has fun trick-or-treating during the pandemic. See you at L.E. Shore Library on Halloween!https://bit.ly/355iV43
