Emotional Intelligence: Health & Wellness Series

Are you interested in learning more about Emotional Intelligence? Emotional Intelligence (EI) is an essential life skill to have and to keep building. When we have strong emotional intelligence skills, we are able to discern between different feelings use this to guide our thinking and behaviour. Emotional Intelligence is important for teams, leaders, and even for families. Polly Sykes, Registered Psychotherapist, will be sharing her expertise on Emotional Intelligence and how you can gain and enhance your skill set on Tuesday, June 22nd at 7:00 pm.
This session is great for anyone who wants to connect more meaningfully with others, is great for parents and caregivers who want to help their children build strong emotional intelligence skills, or for emerging and current leaders who want to make sure they are up-to-date on the newest EI information.
