Connecting with Nature: Health & Wellness Series
Location: The Blue Mountains Public Library Zoom.
We have all experienced the healing power of nature and the forest. Doctors are now prescribing time in nature as medication during the COVID-19 crisis and for other ailments. The next session in our Health & Wellness series is an interactive guided audio meditation that focuses on how we can heal and process by spending time in nature. Tamara Fournier will be your guide as you are outside for your walk, or sitting by a window or balcony with a tea. Experience healing and connecting with nature on Saturday, March 27th at 10:00am.
You don’t need the Internet to Join this Session!
This guided audio experience will be shared over Zoom, but is audio only. This means that you can connect to the session with your phone and headphones, with your computer or tablet.
