We are thrilled to bring back our popular Seniors Exercise class in-person! Sitting or standing, no matter your ability. Improve your fitness and balance and join Denise for a weekly exercise class for seniors! Help keep your body moving with some easy stretches and aerobics. Every Wednesday at 10am. Pay by donation. Please register below.

We encourage all participants to keep distance and wear a mask.
