Local History

The L.E. Shore Memorial Library houses various items containing local history of the Town of the Blue Mountains including Thornbury, Craigleith, Meaford, Clarksburg, Ravenna and Collingwood. You are welcome to come and browse with staff for assistance. Our Local History Room is also a meeting room so please call ahead to book a time that is convenient for all: 519-599-3681.

Historical Photos Database: An online database of local historical photographs, searchable by community, key words, and date. These photographs are located in our Local History Collection at the library.
