BVO Art Sale

Posted: by Elisa on September 30, 2015

The L.E. Shore Memorial Library and the Arts Advisory Council proudly welcomes BVO Art Show, an exhibit featuring exceptional art work collected by the BVO Treasure Shop. The opening reception will be held on Saturday, October 3 from 2:00-4:00pm

For over 30 years, Beaver Valley Outreach has played an important role in The Blue Mountains, providing vital services and programs to residents of all ages. In addition to generous volunteer and cash donation support from the community, BVO Treasure Shop in Thornbury receives donations of merchandise, which helps to fund many of its efforts.

From time to time, the Treasure Shop receives true “treasures” and high quality merchandise, which are currently sold through an online store, the ODDShop. The Treasure Shop also occasionally receives unique and interesting works of art, which are best viewed on display. When the gallery space at L.E. Shore Memorial Library had an opening, BVO leapt at the opportunity to offer its eclectic artwork collection for show and sale.

BVO Art Show will be exhibiting from October 3 to 30th during regular library hours. The Library is open seven days a week; Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10:00-5:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00-8:00pm, and Sunday from 12:00-4:00pm. For more information about this exhibit please contact the Library in Thornbury at 519-599-3681.
