#4. Shiver By Maggie Stiefvater

Posted: by Jaydon on January 11, 2017

Hello Everyone! I hope all of you had a wonderful holiday! I mean, who doesn't love 2 full weeks off of school?! This review is for the book "Shiver", it had a very compelling plot line. And it will give you the shivers...pun intended :)

#4. Shiver By Maggie Stiefvater

From start to finish it kept my attention. Amazing!  Told from both Sam and Grace’s point of view it was a very moving story. Their story will make you fall in love with them as well as laugh and cry. This is a book you cannot miss!

It’s his last summer being human. After this, Sam will be a wolf until the end of his days. Sam’s a werewolf, that means when the weather is warm he’s human and when it turns cold he changes into a wolf. It’s been that way for long time.  Grace has always felt like a wolf with the yellow eyes was watching over her. Even though she had a violent incident with wolves when she was a little girl they don’t scare her like you might think. When Grace and Sam meet in person for the first time at the bookstore where he works it’s like they’ve known each other forever. After becoming very close to one another Sam realizes he doesn’t want to change back into a wolf forever. He also knows that Grace doesn’t want him to either.

It’s a constant battle, but with the help of Grace, Sam thinks he might have a chance to stay human. Will they win the battle but lose the war?  Or will they lose the battle but eventually win the war?  Find out in “Shiver”!

“Shiver” is the 1st book in “The Wolves Of Mercy Falls” trilogy.

Place a hold on Shiver

Happy Reading!
