Meditation Group

Join the Sweetwater Meditation Cricle. A meditation group for all experiences. Begins January 18th from 2-3pm at the Craigleith Heritage Depot.
Learn simple breathing techniques and explore different meditative practices together.
The variety of techniques is as vast as the health benefits; from reducing stress, anxiety, and depression to managing pain.

After School Kids Club - Thursdays REGISTRATION

After School Kids Club: Winter Session will begin Tuesdays & Thursdays starting January 16th 2018 to March 13th 2018.
3:30 - 4:30PM. Ages 8 and up. Featuring games, crafts, STEAM, literacy and MORE!! Register for either Tuesdays or Thursdays or BOTH!
Registration will open Tuesday January 8th 2018.
