Family Literacy Day

Family Literacy Day® is a national awareness initiative created by ABC Life Literacy Canada in 1999 to raise awareness of the importance of reading and engaging in other literacy-related activities as a family.

Join us at the L.E. Shore Memorial Library for a fun, family literary event hosted by The Blue Mountains Public Library and the Ontario Early Years Centre.

All-ages program.  Free.  Please register.

Film Premiere

Location: Town Hall - 32 Mill Street, Thornbury

The Craigleith Heritage Depot and Mountain Goat Film Company have produced 3 short films on the rich history of the Blue Mountains; the Ski Industry, Apple Industry, and Indigenous History.

Join us Jan. 27th for the premiere of the films at Town Hall in Thornbury.

Doors open at 2:30pm and films start at 3:00pm.

Cost is free, donations are welcome.
